Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (DHL/FedEx — calculated at checkout)

 

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ekomshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

For defective or incorrect items, we offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Simply send us a photo of the issue and we will resolve it immediately.
