We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange! Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@ekomshop.com with your order number
2. We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, intimates, and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
